BEE Award Nomination
The BEE Award honors USA Health’s non-nursing team members who support our patients, families, or providers by consistently demonstrating excellence through teamwork, compassionate care, and exemplary service.
Team members who can be nominated include patient care assistants, respiratory therapists, security, housekeeping, maintenance, dietary, phlebotomists, radiology technicians, along with other clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
Patients, visitors, nurses, physicians, and employees of USA Health may nominate any deserving non-nursing team members by utilizing one of the following options: submit the online form below, complete a paper form to submit at a nurses’ station, or leave a completed form with a staff member.
Each BEE Award Honoree will be recognized and receive a certificate, a BEE Award pin, a tote bookbag, and an umbrella. Additionally, the department will celebrate with Honeybuns.
As a deserving recipient of the BEE Award, this team member has provided service that is BEE-yond in showing our patients and visitors an exceptional experience. Recipients consistently will have met at least two (2) of the following criteria:
- Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration to provide an exceptional experience
- Provides compassionate, patient and family-centered care
- Exceptional skills with a focus on quality
- Models empathy and shows respect and a caring attitude in all situations
- Provides outstanding service — going above and BEE-yond normal job duties with a commitment to excellence
