New initiative aims to develop leaders at USA Health
The six-month curriculum is designed to equip participants with the tools and resources to be a successful leader.
USA Health is launching Amplify, a new initiative that will focus on elevating and developing employees who have set personal career goals of growth and development.
“The goal of Amplify is to create a diverse database of qualified applicants for future advancement opportunities,” said Kymberle Williams, manager of organizational development for USA Health. “It is our hope that Amplify will be an added resource for attraction, recruitment, development and retention.”
The six-month curriculum is designed to equip participants with the tools and resources necessary to be a successful leader.
The curriculum will include:
- Enneagram personality assessment
- Organizational skills/time management
- Effective communication
- Stress management
- Conflict resolution
- Budgeting
- Model, inspire, challenge status quo, empower, encourage
- Leadership Day
- Ceremony of completion
To qualify, an applicant must:
- Receive a nomination from your immediate supervisor
- Have a disciplinary status of good standing
- Have a minimum of 12 months’ employment with USA Health
