As part of its ongoing efforts to prevent COVID-19 transmission among healthcare workers, USA Health has updated its safety measures related to meetings and work-related gatherings.

The following limitations apply as of June 9, 2021:

  • Meetings are limited to 20 people without food. Masking guidelines should be followed with social distancing of 3 feet apart. Indoor meetings can exceed the 20-person limit if more than 80 percent of attendees are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. A virtual option should be available for unvaccinated participants.
  • Meetings are limited to 10 people with food (social distancing of 6 feet apart).
  • Vaccinated participants can remove masks during meetings that are not in patient-care environments or public spaces.
  • Outdoor gatherings of any size are permitted. Follow CDC recommendations.
  • The use of masks should be continued for participants who are not fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Note: Any employee with COVID-19 symptoms is NOT allowed to report to work or attend meetings in any USA Health facilities.
