USA Health employees to receive pay supplement

As a show of appreciation for dedication and sacrifice over the past 15 months, USA Health is providing employees with supplements of up to $1,500.

Your courage and determination in caring for our patients has never been more evident.”
Current employees who were part of USA Health from April 2020 through April 2021 will receive $1,500 (pro-rated based on FTE as of bi-weekly payroll 13, June 25) through direct deposit on Wednesday, June 30. The amount will be pro-rated for those who were not employed for the entire period, with a minimum payment of $100.
Among other details of the supplement:
• Employees must have been employed by April 11, 2021, to be eligible for the supplement.
• The supplement will pay on Wednesday, June 30, and a separate pay stub will be issued.
• All payments are subject to mandatory federal and state taxes, FICA (Social Security), retirement contributions, and court-ordered payments.
• Employees terminated prior to the date the report is pulled from Payroll will not receive the supplement.
