Flu vaccine clinics set
USA Health will hold flu vaccine clinics for employees starting Tuesday, Sept. 20, at University Hospital and Children’s & Women’s Hospital.
USA Health clinics plan to give the vaccine that protects against influenza beginning Tuesday, Sept. 20, at University Hospital and Children’s & Women’s Hospital.
The clinic at University Hospital will be held in the Fit Test room in the basement, while the clinic at Children’s & Women’s Hospital will be located in the hallway near the time clocks at the rear entrance. The flu vaccine is mandatory for USA Health employees.
The flu vaccine also is available starting Sept. 7 by appointment at the Employee Health offices at 1720 Center St., Suite 102. Call 251-410-7629 to schedule an appointment.
The deadline for employees to receive the flu vaccine is Monday, Oct. 31.
The flu vaccine clinics are scheduled for these dates and times at both University Hospital and Children’s & Women’s Hospital:
- Tuesday, Sept. 20, 7-10 a.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 22, 12:30-3 p.m.
- Monday, Sept. 26, 7-10 a.m.
- Wednesday, Sept. 28, 12:30-3 p.m.
- Tuesday, Oct. 4, 7-10 a.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 6, 12:30-3 p.m.
- Tuesday, Oct. 11, 7-10 a.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 13, 12:30-3 p.m.
- Tuesday, Oct. 18, 7-10 a.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 20, 12:30-3 p.m.
