The cafeterias at University Hospital and Children's & Women's Hospital have reduced the number of tables and chairs to ensure social distancing for employees and visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition, all self-service stations have been discontinued. This includes the salad bar, soup bar and burger express bar with toppings and condiment dispensers. Cutlery kits with napkins and plastic utensils have replaced the cutlery dispensers.

"We are trying to provide the best service we can while protecting everyone," said Bobby Mills, executive chef with Aramark.

As of now, cafeteria hours and entry procedures remain the same.
