Peart named employee of the month
Jeni Peart, patient services supervisor at the Mitchell Cancer Institute, was named employee of the month for October. Among the comments shared about Peart:
- “Jeni always has a smile and a sweetness in her voice when you call, always displays professionalism, and you know that she wants to make sure that the caller knows that MCI is the right place to refer their cancer patients.”
- “Jeni implemented the Kloud7 phone system and oversees and ensures that metrics are met or exceeded. All calls are recorded, so she monitors to ensure that staff are providing excellent phone etiquette.”
