USA Health regularly recognizes employees for going above and beyond in caring for patients and providing high-quality customer service.
Weindorf receives Employee of the Month Award
Brant Weindorf, program coordinator for USA Health’s department of internal medicine, was recognized as the department’s Employee of the Month for September 2024. His positive work ethic, willingness to help and cheerful attitude earned him the honor.
“Brant goes above and beyond, has an infectious smile and joyful demeanor,” his nomination read. “In addition, he contributed to the development of the Program Coordinator Advocating for Wellness Program to support individuals performing in these roles.”
Weindorf, who has worked with USA Health for more than three years, has been in his current role since May 2023. He said he enjoys working with program leadership, residents, and of course Kim Eardley, also a program coordinator in the department of internal medicine. “It does not feel like work,” he said, “just like another day to spend with the best people.”
He represents the internal medicine department on several national committees as well. “It is such an honor to do so because of the department I have to represent,” he said. “The community felt here at USA is unlike any other.”
