USA Health employees in need of COVID-19 testing now can self-schedule an appointment online and get tested conveniently at the Employee Health office.

To make an appointment, visit Employee COVID Testing at https://usahealth.mobi/testing and sign in using your Outlook email and password to verify your employee status. The appointment webpage also can be accessed from the Employee Resources for COVID-19 webpage and the USA Health Employee Hub.

“Since most people will be scheduling a test from home, we recommend that everyone take a moment now to save the link to the Employee COVID Testing webpage and their Outlook password in a secure location at home,” said Melanie Amberger, MSN, CRNP, manager of Employee Health for USA Health. “We want to make the process as seamless as possible.”

Once the webpage is accessed, select an available 15-minute time slot, and the appointment will appear on your Outlook calendar. To reschedule a testing appointment, delete the appointment on your Outlook calendar and use the online process to schedule a new appointment.

You also may be tested for strep or flu at the clinic, depending upon your symptoms.

Employee tests are conducted inside the Employee Health office, 1720 Center St., in front of Children's & Women's Hospital. Please use the rear entrance on the east side of the building.

For all other employee health services, including vaccinations, please call Employee Health at 251-410-7629.
