What is your job title?
I'm a licensed esthetician. As an esthetician, my job is to provide services and information to patients regarding treatment plans and products to improve various skin concerns.

What is your favorite or most rewarding part of your position?
The most rewarding part of my position is being able to help patients gain confidence in their own skin.

What originally made you want to join USA Health?
I was fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to join USA Health with Kimberly Donnellan, M.D.

How long have you been with USA Health?
I started with USA Health in January 2021.

What has working with USA Health taught you?
USA Health has taught me the importance of integrating our resources within the community to provide a better quality of life for everyone.

What is your favorite hobby or pastime outside of work?
When I'm not at work, I like to stay active. I enjoy weight training and anything that involves the outdoors. I love to travel and spend time with friends and family.

Do you have any advice for people who want to work in the health system?
Do everything with intention. USA Health is growing. No matter what your position is, everyone can play a role in the larger scheme of things, so have passion in your work and what you can provide.

“Healthcare workers have to process and carry many emotions as they care for patients who are experiencing disease and traumatic events,” said Kim Crawford Meeks, manager of the Spiritual Care and Counseling Department. “Safe and sacred spaces to aid in the processing of emotions are vital to our health and ability to sustain this type of work.”
