USA Health hospitals and medical offices continue to follow state guidelines limiting visitors, requiring universal masking and utilizing other safety enhancements to help ensure USA Health continues to provide a safe environment as it meets the community’s healthcare needs.

A face mask design featuring vampire fangs and a smile was named the winner of the 5^th Friday Face Mask Photo Challenge for residents and fellows at USA Health.

This week, Nov. 8-14, 2020, is National Nurse Practitioner Week, which recognizes the care and contributions of the nation’s more than 290,000 licensed nurse practitioners, including 123 regular full-time and part-time employees at USA Health.

USA Health Laboratories now is the primary provider for lab work at our outpatient practices.

The events, which will continue through December, are part of a larger initiative by USA Health administration to show appreciation to employees during a hectic year.

Although the deadline was Oct. 30, 2020, vaccine clinics are scheduled at USA Health University Hospital through Friday, Nov. 6.
