To take advantage of this benefit for employee spouses and dependents, employees must submit a certification form to Human Resources annually at the start of the academic year -- as early as the first day of registration and no later than the first day of classes to be eligible for benefits.

USA Health was in the news recently related to the Mapp family donation and COVID-19.

The council will be open to current and former patients and their siblings who range in age from 14 to 19 years old. To be eligible, a patient would have been hospitalized during the past four years, beginning in August, 2016.
