USA Health, Lady Jags raise cancer awareness
The South Alabama Jaguars are among the Sun Belt Conference women’s basketball programs participating in the Play4Kay initiative.

Representatives from USA Health supported the South Alabama women’s basketball team at a Play4Kay game on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at the USA Mitchell Center, where they defeated Southern Miss 66 to 57.
Play4Kay is a national initiative that raises awareness about the cancers that affect women. It honors the memory of longtime collegiate basketball coach Sandra Kay Yow, who died from breast cancer in 2009.
