Collins receives state award
Chad M. Collins, M.H.A., F.A.C.H.E., C.H.F.P., has received the 2021 Alabama Early Careerist Regent's Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives of Alabama. He received the honor and a trophy from state board members during a ceremony at University Hospital on Dec. 30.
Collins is director of operations for the gastroenterology service line at USA Health. Outside of work, Collins serves as a board member of the Dream Foundation, Whale of Hope, Inc., and Salty Kidz.
Baliem named employee of the month
Wilma Baliem, C.R.N.P., a nurse practitioner who works at the Mitchell Cancer Institute, has been named employee of the month for December. Among the comments made about Baliem:
