All USA Health employees who park at University Hospital, Children’s & Women’s Hospital, the Strada Patient Care Center, and the Mitchell Cancer Institute must register their vehicles with the USA Health Parking System. Employees are allowed to register up to two vehicles each, and they will receive a color-coded decal indicating where to park at each location.

Once you have registered your vehicle, be sure to attend one of the scheduled parking decal pick-up days. Pre-registration is encouraged, but employees also may register their vehicles at the pick-up days listed below:

  • Employees who work at both the Children's & Women's Hospital campus and the University Hospital campus only need one decal, as it will be valid for both campuses.
  • When logging into the parking management system, your credentials are the same as your email.
  • You must have your license plate number to register your vehicle, as well as its make, model and year.
  • You must show your employee badge to pick up your decal, and you cannot pick up anyone else's decal.
  • All providers will need to pick up a decal, even if they have an RFID sticker for the provider parking lot.
  • If you find that your job title is wrong in Active Directory, please email your J Number, correct title and name to hris@health.southalabama.edu.
  • Medical, nursing and allied health students do not need to register vehicles. This is only for USA Health, HHS, Morrison’s and Encore employees.
