Who is a candidate?
Any male or female who is experiencing thinning hair in the early to moderate stages.
What does the procedure involve?
We draw blood, spin the blood so that it separates into sections, draw only the platelets into syringes, then inject the platelets into the scalp.
Does the procedure hurt?
The needle used for injecting is very small, and the pain is very minimal.
How many treatments does it take to see a response?
I recommend at least three treatments – four weeks apart. The results of thickening of current hair follicles and new hair growth are often seen at three to six months post treatment. You may require additional treatments – one to two per year after your initial series.
How much does it cost?
The introductory price is $650 per treatment session.
