USA Health begins training for Electronic Personnel Action Forms

After attending a training session, you will receive access to helpful videos and resources for reference and access to originate EPAFs beginning immediately.

Published Nov 1st, 2022

USA Health Human Resources has been testing the Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs) process since March and is ready to begin the transition to regular staff for originating and approving Personnel Action Forms (PAs).

There will be originator training for EPAFs on Tuesdays during November except for the week of Thanksgiving. This will be an in-person two-hour session at the Human Resources (HR) office at 210 Cox St. To obtain the appropriate access to originate EPAFs, attendance is required, and pre-registration is a must.

After attending a training session, you will receive access to helpful videos and resources for reference and access to originate EPAFs beginning immediately. Once training is complete, you will be required to initiate EPAFs. Any paper PAs sent to HR will be returned, and the originator will be instructed to complete the electronic process.

The goal is to have all departments using EPAFs and to no longer accept paper PAs by Dec. 18, 2022. Participation in the training sessions is necessary to meet this goal.
