USA Health Employees celebrate new office space
Staff members moving into the new space represent a variety of departments including the business office, charge services, accounting and more.
Nearly 200 USA Health employees recently gathered at USA Health Office Park (UHOP) to take a first look at their new work space located at 3929 Airport Boulevard near Azalea Road in Mobile.
Staff members moving into the new space represent a variety of departments including the business office, charge services, accounting, billing, compliance, centralized insurance verification, centralized authorizations, cost reimbursements and revenue cycle and USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute (MCI) Health Information Management.
Traci Jones, chief financial officer for USA Health, spoke to the staff members during the event. She expressed excitement for the move to a more updated space.
“You are so deserving,” she said. “Our organization could not run efficiently without the hard work and dedication you provide every day. Though your work is often behind-the-scenes, it definitely does not go unnoticed.”
The new USA Health Office Park occupies a total of 36,227 square feet of space on five floors, separated by department:
First floor: Reception (shared with other tenants)
Second floor: Business Office, Charge Service
Third floor: Accounting, Billing, Compliance
Fourth floor: Centralized Insurance Verification, Centralized Authorization Team, MCI Health Information Management, Cost Reimbursement
Fifth floor: Revenue Cycle PSS/HSIS
