USA Health Rehabilitation services expanding
The newest rehabilitation clinic is located on the campus of the University of South Alabama in the USA Technology and Research Park at 739 North University Boulevard, Building 1, in Suite 150.
USA Health Rehabilitation now has three locations to best serve our employees and their families in the Mobile area. The benefits of using our physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy include the low in-network cost – typically a co-payment of $10 per visit - for those with USA Health and Dental Plan insurance.

USA Health has a highly-trained team of physical and occupational therapists treating a wide range of orthopaedic and medical conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sprains, strains and sports injuries.
Post-surgery rehab also is offered to get the full benefit of your orthopaedic treatment. Our team works with you to create a personalized rehabilitation program that may include an individualized exercise program, strengthening, range of motion, manual therapy, gait training, balance/proprioceptive training, splinting, self-care training, education on proper posture and body mechanics and therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, iontophoresis and heat/cold therapy.
