USA Health rolls out new performance evaluation process
Starting this fiscal year, USA Health will utilize a new approach to employee evaluations.
USA Health is excited to roll out a new way to evaluate the performance of our management and staff.
To better serve our health system employees and leaders, Human Resources has created a new tool that will be easily accessible through OneDrive.
The new approach will allow managers to set unique goals for each employee and measure employees’ behaviors against our core values through a pre-defined set of behaviors. Both are designed to take the guesswork and subjectivity out of the evaluation process. The evaluations will now be given quarterly rather than annually.
Goal setting for the fiscal year will begin later this month. Leaders are encouraged to attend training sessions to understand the process. You can pick a class and register here.
