location at 6300 USA Health Blvd., behind the USA Health
Freestanding Emergency Department at 181 Hillcrest Road.
At USA Mobile Diagnostic Center, we are dedicated to the delivery of primary and specialty care. Our multispecialty group provides care to the people of Mobile and the central Gulf Coast. We specialize in the areas of internal medicine, diabetes management, and lipidology. We provide specialists in allergies and asthma and rheumatology nearby at USA Mobile Diagnostic Center–University Commons.
Our distinction as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home allows us to provide more comprehensive services that are often not found in traditional primary care practices.
USA Mobile Diagnostic Center's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After hours, all phones are answered and triaged by an answering service that can connect you to an on-call provider.

Along with the array of services provided by our internists to prevent, diagnose and treat medical conditions in adults, our clinic also offers a number of other specialized services.
Mobile Diagnostic Center is a part of the USA Health Physician Enterprise, which has the largest number of internal medicine primary care physicians in our region. Each provides patient-centered care to adult patients.
We offer comprehensive care for patients with diabetes and those at risk of developing the condition. Our services include medications, monitoring, education, counseling and support groups.
Exercise plays an important role in improving your overall health, as well as managing chronic conditions such as diabetes. Exercise can improve the way your body responds to insulin to help regulate your blood sugar levels. A regular exercise plan also helps keep your heart healthy.
At USA Health, we have the only physician in the area who specializes exclusively in the management of lipids. Lipids are fats, including cholesterol and triglycerides, found in your blood. The level of lipids can be affected by diet, exercise and genetics. High levels of triglycerides can cause coronary artery disease.
Nutrition care is an important part of helping patients manage their health and is especially important in managing diabetes and other chronic conditions.
USA Mobile Diagnostic Center offers free parking to all patients and visitors.
This facility offers free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi to patients and their guests.

“As a pediatrician, I always approach the family as if they were my family and the child as if they were my child. It’s a no-judgment zone, and I want them to be able to make the best decisions for their care,” said Carey McDade Hancock, M.D.
“For many families, and even service providers, they may not know where to start when looking for resources for their child or loved one diagnosed with autism or some other developmental disability,” said Michelle McDaniel.
