The Mobile Medical Museum will recognize its fourth annual Mobile Community Leadership Awards class on Saturday, May 20, at an outdoor luncheon on the museum grounds.
Among the 12 honorees who have been tapped as leaders in education, awareness and action are two USA Health employees: Philip Almalouf, M.D., pulmonologist and assistant professor of internal medicine, and Brittany Brown, director of operations for internal medicine.
“The exemplary work of these outstanding Mobilians reminds us that community health is our collective responsibility,” said Daryn Glassbrook, Ph.D., executive director of the museum. “Our healthcare system is much more resilient in times of crisis when everyone acts with intention throughout the year to keep themselves and their neighbors as healthy as can be.”
The luncheon is scheduled from noon until 2 p.m. Tickets are $35 per individual or $250 for a table of eight guests.
For more information, please contact Glassbrook at (251) 415-1109 or daryn@mobilemedicalmuseum.org.
