Dr. Omar Alkharabsheh serves as an associate professor of interdisciplinary clinical oncology at the Whiddon College of Medicine and a medical oncologist and hematologist at USA Health. He received his medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology-Faculty of Medicine in Irbid, Jordan. He completed a hematology and medical oncology fellowship at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Mich., and he also completed an advanced hematology fellowship (Leukemia track) at the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minn.
Alkharabsheh has been published in many publications and is a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Medical Association, American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Association of Cancer Research.
