Public Transportation

The WAVE Transit System
Provides quality public transportation to the residents of the City of Mobile in a safe, reliable and cost effective manner.

The WAVE Transit MAP (Mobility Assistance Program)
Provides specialized, curb-to-curb transportation service for certified disabled people whose disability limits their capacity to use accessible fixed routes. Call for information.

BRATS (Baldwin County Rural Transportation)
Call to schedule a ride by phone Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Baylinc (Mobile/Baldwin County Service)
Provides trips between Mobile and Baldwin counties. Pick-up/drop-off points in Baldwin County are the BRATS Fairhope Hub, the Daphne Civic Center, and the Kohl's in Spanish Fort. The pick-up/drop-off point in Mobile is Bienvielle Square. Limited times of service are available. Contact either the WAVE Transit or BRATS for details.

Mercy Life of Alabama
Provides a full spectrum of healthcare services, so seniors can live at home, stay connected to their community, and ultimately maintain their independence. Participants receive all healthcare services from Mercy Life of Alabama and its network of providers.

Mobile Housing Authority's Senior Services
Housing assistance, case management, transportation, wellness programs, meal services, and computer access. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
